Russian fake: Zaporizhzhia enlistment office allegedly seeking 'dancers,' 'models' for recruitment campaign

Russian media outlets and Telegram channels are circulating screenshots from the Work.ua website that allegedly show the Zaporizhzhia Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center hiring a "candidate relations specialist." The post supposedly states that only women with an "attractive appearance," "experience in modeling," or "exotic dancing" are being considered. The accompanying captions claim that Ukrainian enlistment offices have started recruiting sex workers to attract new military personnel.

This is false. No such job posting ever appeared on Work.ua. The Russians forged existing listings from the Zaporizhzhia District Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, which were in fact for legitimate positions such as paramedic and office clerk.

Additionally, the job title "candidate relations specialist" is a direct machine translation from the Russian phrase "специалист по работе с персоналом." The fake screenshot also includes artificially added "job requirements" at the bottom. This is evident from the oversized column layout, which differs from the standard formatting used on the Work.ua website.

This fake is part of a broader disinformation campaign aimed at discrediting enlistment office employees and undermining the recruitment and mobilization process in Ukraine.

Russian propagandists earlier fabricated a story claiming that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were forming "cavalry units."
