NATO to continue its partnership with Ukraine - Stoltenberg
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this at the opening of an exhibition entitled "Ukraine-NATO. Formula for Security" in Kyiv on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He said that NATO had always actively supported the sovereignty, territorial integrity, democratic institutions of Ukraine and its Armed Forces and that the alliance would continue to work closely with Ukraine on defense, governance and economic reform that are extremely important for Ukraine's stability, prosperity and development.
Stoltenberg noted that cooperation between the North Atlantic Alliance and Ukraine had been steadily developing over the past 20 years. He said that Ukraine had been actively supporting common security by participating in all missions held under the auspices of NATO.
