Turchynov notes huge contribution of volunteers to country’s victory

Turchynov in a congratulatory massage said that when the enemy started the war, these were the volunteers who joined Ukraine’s Armed Forces, the National Guard and the Interior Ministry’s units and saved the country

“Due to the volunteers, the infrastructure of the Maidan was ensured during the Revolution of Dignity. Over several months, when it seemed that the Revolution won, we faced a terrible and insidious enemy that launched a war against us. When a destroyed army was being restored, which had even no cloths and food, the volunteers by having joined the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the Interior Ministry’s units saved the country,” the NSDC secretary said.

He also added that only due to the volunteers the victory of Ukraine became possible.

“Of course, it’s far till final victory, but together we can win,” Turchynov said.
