PACE urges Poroshenko, Putin to discuss exchange of captives without intermediaries

The PACE delegates have signed the declaration giving Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland the mandate to ensure the dialogue between the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia on exchange of captives without intermediaries.
Vira Savchenko, sister of Ukrainian pilot, MP Nadiya Savchenko, posted this on Facebook.
"The result of our joint with Cosmopoltan Project Foundation work for the release of Nadiya Savchenko: the signed declaration, which gives Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland a mandate to ensure the dialogue between the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia on exchange of prisoners of war and Nadiya Savchenko without intermediaries," she wrote.
