Ukraine needs a strong law enforcement system and effective judiciary, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said at a ceremony for a graduating class of the "KORD" special police unit who will serve in Kharkiv's regional police, Ukrinform reports.
"We face a lot of trials in our time, external and internal threats.
