Honorary Consulate of Austria reopens in Lviv

The Honorary Consulate of Austria has resumed its activity in Lviv to mark the 25th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Austria.
This is reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Austria cooperates with Ukraine through international organizations, in particular, chairs the OSCE, which is committed to resolving the conflict in eastern Ukraine. However, cooperation between the regions is also very important as it enables people to understand better each other and the situation in certain regions," Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Austria to Ukraine Hermine Poppeller said at the opening ceremony.
The Ambassador noted that other Austrian consular offices in Ukraine are located in Chernivtsi, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
