Aryev explains why PACE resolution is important for Ukraine

Chairman of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, MP Volodymyr Aryev has explained why PACE’s recognition of the fact that part of the occupied Donbas is under Russia’s control is so important for Ukraine.
"The responsibility for all the crimes committed in the uncontrolled territories is removed from Ukraine. Russia becomes responsible," Aryev wrote on Facebook.
He also pointed out that "no one can reproach Ukraine for any event or administrative action on an uncontrolled territory as Russia is to be reproached."
"Inadequate humanitarian or social security in the uncontrolled territory, which some Western politicians or even leaders have often reproached Ukraine for, becomes a problem for Russia," the politician noted.
