President: Draft constitutional amendments on Ukraine's accession to EU and NATO almost ready

The Constitutional Commission is finalizing the draft laws on constitutional amendments regarding the stipulation of the European and Euro-Atlantic directions of Ukraine's development in the Basic Law.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this, speaking at the ceremony of signing of the law on diplomatic service, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I was informed that the Constitutional Commission is finalizing the draft constitutional amendments to stipulate the European and Euro-Atlantic direction, the vector of Ukraine's development in the Constitution," the Head of State said.
As reported, on February 28, Poroshenko announced intention to stipulate Ukraine’s strivings for membership in the EU and NATO in the Constitution.
