New Ambassador of Israel Joel Lion begins diplomatic mission in Ukraine

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Sergiy Kyslytsya has accepted copies of the credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to Ukraine Joel Lion, the ministry’s press service reports.
“Kyslytsya congratulated Mr. Lion on the beginning of the diplomatic mission in Ukraine,” reads the report.
Also, the parties during the meeting discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Both diplomats expressed the willingness of their countries to support active political dialogue and enhance practical cooperation in the spheres of mutual interest.
