Kateryna Zelenko appointed as new Spokesperson for MFA

Kateryna Zelenko has been appointed as new Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs replacing Mariana Betsa who became Ukraine’s Ambassador to Estonia.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin wrote this on Twitter on November 12.

“It is not easy to let such a spokesperson go, but Mariana doesn’t leave our diplomatic team but moves ahead… Delighted to introduce you Kateryna Zelenko, who takes on this honorable mission. Welcome on board,” he wrote.

Klimkin noted that Mariana Betsa doesn’t leave the diplomatic team but moves ahead, and thanked her for three years of “meaningful and inspiring teamwork.”

As reported, President Petro Poroshenko on September 13 appointed Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mariana Betsa as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Estonia.
