Ukraine and Marshall Islands sign visa waiver agreement
"One more exotic country "opens its doors" for Ukrainians. The signing ceremony for a visa facilitation agreement between Ukraine and the Marshall Islands was held at the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA," the embassy reports on Facebook.
The document was signed by Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. of Ukrainian Embassy in the United States Andrii Yanevskyi and Ambassador of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the United States Gerald Zackios.
The Marshall Islands is an island country and a United States associated state near the equator in the Pacific Ocean, slightly west of the International Date Line. Geographically, the country is part of the larger island group of Micronesia. The country's population of 53,158 people is spread out over 29 coral atolls, comprising 1,156 individual islands and islets. The capital and largest city is Majuro.
