Honcharuk presents order to EPP vice-chair

Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has handed over the Order of Princess Olga to Vice-Chair of the Group of the European People's Party (EPP) in the European Parliament Sandra Kalniete in Brussels.
He wrote this on his Telegram channel.
"It is an honor for me to personally present the highest state award in accordance with a presidential decree – the Order of Princess Olga of the First Class – to Vice-Chair of the European People's Party (EPP) Sandra Kalniete," Honcharuk said.
He thanked Kalniete and the EPP for consistent and reliable support to Ukraine in the European Parliament and for countering Russian aggression.
Honcharuk assured her that Ukraine appreciates the support of true partners and friends.
On August 23, 2019, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree awarding MEP Sandra Kalniete with the Order of Princess Olga of the First Class.
