French President Emmanuel Macron will pay an official visit to the Republic of Poland on February 3-4.
One of the goals of Macron’s first visit to Warsaw is to involve Poland in negotiations on the situation in eastern Ukraine before and after meetings in the Normandy format, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“This is a crucial visit, as it opens up new opportunities for strategic cooperation with France for the next four years. This is the last country that had certain critical opinions about Poland,” Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said before Macron's visit.
