President appoints head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration

President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Serhiy Borzov as chairman of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
The relevant decree has been published on the website of the head of state.
“To appoint Serhiy Borzov as chairman of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration,” the document says.

Previously, Zelensky dismissed Borzov from the post of head of the State Affairs Department.
The head of state also awarded Borzov the second rank of civil servant.
By another decree, Vladyslav Skalsky was dismissed from the post of chairman of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
As reported, since August 1, 2019, Serhiy Borzov headed the State Affairs Department.
