Government reappoints head of State Audit Service

The Cabinet of Ministers has reappointed Hennadiy Plis as the head of the State Audit Service of Ukraine.
The text of the relevant resolution was published on the Government portal, Ukrinform reports.
"To appoint Plis Hennadiy Volodymyrovych as the head of the State Audit Service of Ukraine from the date of the actual performance of his official duties for a term of five years with remuneration in accordance with the law," the document reads.
Plis has been heading the State Audit Service of Ukraine since April 30, 2020. A contract for civil service was signed with him for the period of quarantine. The contract has expired.
As reported, on March 18, the Cabinet of Ministers announced a competition for the position of head of the State Audit Service.
