Ukraine approves draft agreement with Hungary on mutual recognition of educational documents

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a draft agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Hungary on the mutual recognition of educational documents and scientific degrees.
According to Ukrinform, a respective order was approved at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday, July 21.
The explanatory note to the document says the adoption of the order will create legal grounds for the further signing of an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Hungary on the mutual recognition of educational documents and scientific degrees and its subsequent implementation.
Foreign Minister Mykola Kuleba will sign the agreement on behalf of Ukraine.
A draft intergovernmental agreement on the mutual recognition of educational documents and degrees was discussed at the second meeting of the Ukrainian-Hungarian interdepartmental working group on education in May 2021.
