Zelensky appoints head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Viacheslav Chaus as head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
The corresponding decree No. 343/2021 of August 4 was published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.
"To appoint Viacheslav Chaus as chairman of Chernihiv Regional State Administration," the document reads.

During a meeting at the President’s Office, Zelensky presented Chaus with an official certificate and wished him success in his new position.
By decree No. 342/2021, the president dismissed Anna Kovalenko from the post of head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration "in accordance with her letter."
