Government dismisses State Reserve Agency head

The Cabinet of Ministers again dismissed Yaroslav Pohorilyi as head of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine.
The relevant resolution as of October 20 was published on the Government portal, Ukrinform reports.
Earlier, under a court’s ruling, Pohorilyi was reappointed as the head of the State Reserve Agency on October 18.
In 2020, Pohorilyi filed a lawsuit over his dismissal from the post of the state agency.
