Shuliak: Servant of the People party will become social elevator for active citizens

“The party will undergo transformation. We have crossed the ‘equator’ of our cadence in the Verkhovna Rada. Gained experience in public administration, implemented many radical reforms. Built a regional structure, attracted more than 6,000 members of local councils across the country to the team. Now the main task is to ‘teach’ this powerful mechanism how to work in a coordinated and efficient manner,” Shuliak said, the party's press service informs.

She assured that the Servant of the People party would be a powerful social elevator.

"Our task is to find, choose, teach the most active, competent, and caring party members. To help them move up the career ladder – in the party, local government, public administration," explained the leader of the Servant of the People party.

According to Shuliak, the party has a stable mono-majority in the Parliament, enjoys trust and high rating. She considers the undisputed victory of the candidates from the Servant of the People party in Kherson and Cherkasy regions to be indicative.

As reported, at the congress of the Servant of the People party on November 15, Olena Shuliak, deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building and Local Governance, was elected as the party leader.
