EU foreign policy chief arrives in Ukraine
Borrell announced this in a post on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

Borrell said he arrived in Ukraine in connection with Russia's increased military build-up to show EU support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and support sustained reform efforts.
Borrell's visit to Ukraine is his first foreign trip this year.
