"Our conversation today with Melanie (Joly) confirmed that we are really a united diplomatic front here and together we are mobilizing Ukraine's international support in this difficult situation. The situation is under control, so I ask everyone not to panic. Always remember that Ukrainians win with a cool head and a warm heart,” Kuleba said.

Later on Twitter, Kuleba reiterated his call to Ukrainians: “Years of Russian aggression have taught us one thing: escalations are always accompanied by heating up the information space. The aim is to weaken us from within. Don’t buy scaremongering. Army & diplomacy are protecting Ukraine. Ukrainians win with a warm heart and a cool head.”

During the press conference, the Ukrainia006E top diplomat said he had discussed with his Canadian counterpart the development of military-technical cooperation, as well as further steps to mobilize support for Ukraine and deter Russia.

"The conversation was very substantive. From Kyiv, the Minister will fly to other European capitals, where she will hold relevant talks, for which I am grateful to her, because the topic of Ukraine will be one of the highest priorities," said the head of Ukraine’s diplomacy.

Kuleba also thanked Canada for its work in Ukraine as part of the UNIFIER training mission.
