Italian, British, Polish officials to visit Ukraine this week - MFA

Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Marshal of the Polish Sejm Tomasz Grodzki will be visiting Ukraine this week.

That's according to a statement published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

According to the schedule, Di Maio will visit Ukraine on Wednesday, February 16, and Grodzki will travel to the country on February 17-18.

Truss is going to visit Ukraine on February 17-18.

"Kyiv has turned into a center of gravity for international politics. This week we continue to receive foreign guests. This is an important element of our strategy to deter Russia from further aggravating the situation. I am grateful to our partners for supporting Ukraine in this difficult time," the ministry quoted Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba as saying.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is on a visit to Ukraine on Monday, February 14. On February 15, he is scheduled to visit Moscow.
