President appoints Lebid commander of National Guard of Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Yuriy Lebid commander of the National Guard of Ukraine.
The decree to that effect has been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.
Lebid earlier served as acting commander of the National Guard of Ukraine.
