Latvian FM Rinkēvičs: Russia is the only country that needs real denazification

The relevant statement was made by Latvian Foreign Affairs Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“After seeing so many horrific scenes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Russian forces in Ukraine, it is clear that only country in the world that needs real denazification is the Russian Federation,” Rinkēvičs wrote.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile and air strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, torturing and murdering civilians. According to Putin, the main goal of the invasion was Ukraine’s demilitarization and denazification.
