Norway closing ports for Russian ships, borders – for Russian trucks - Yermak
As Ukrinform reports, the official announced this via Telegram.
"Norway is closing ports for Russian ships, as well as borders – for trucks from Russia. The government has decided to impose the fifth package of EU sanctions on its own territory," Yermak said.
According to the head of the President’s Office, Russian vessels will not be able to enter Norway from next weekend, with the exception of fishing vessels.
As reported earlier, on February 24, 2022, Russia launched a direct invasion against Ukraine and continued its military aggression that had begun in 2014. Russian troops are carrying out massive bombings and shelling of peaceful Ukrainian towns and villages, having unleashed mass terror against the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories.
