EU Special Representative for Human Rights arrives in Kyiv
The relevant statement was made by the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Today I am in Kyiv, Ukraine to show my solidarity. Having met with refugees at the Polish border at the start of the Russian aggression, I now retrace their steps,” Gilmore noted.

A reminder that, according to the data from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), a total of 2,479,398 border crossings to Ukraine have been registered since February 28, 2022.
As of June 14, 2022, over 7.5 million Ukrainians had fled abroad since the Russian invasion started. Over 3.3 million refugees from Ukraine registered for Temporary Protection in EU countries.
