Kuleba congratulates new Philippines' foreign minister on his appointment

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has congratulated Enrique Manalo on his appointment as Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines.
The Ukrainian minister wrote this on his Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.
“Looking forward to working together with the newly appointed Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique A. Manalo to strengthen bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Republic of the Philippines, develop trade and people-to-people contacts,” he wrote.
As reported, on May 21, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba congratulated Catherine Colonna on her appointment as Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France.
