Verkhovna Rada terminates parliamentary mandate of Novynskyi

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has deprived Vadym Novynskyi of his parliamentary mandate.

MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

He added that the vote took place without discussion. Some 295 MPs supported the decision.

Therefore, there are now 421 parliamentarians in the Verkhovna Rada.

As reported by Ukrinform, non-affiliated MP Vadym Novynskyi decided to resign as MP and submitted a relevant application on July 6, 2022.

Vadym Novynskyi is a well-known businessman and pro-Russian politician.
