President appoints new Chernivtsi regional governor

President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Ruslan Zaparaniuk as the new head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration.
The corresponding decree, 486/2022, was published on the president’s website, Ukrinform reports.
"To appoint Zaparaniuk Ruslan Vasyliovych as the head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration," the document reads.
Previously, the president signed decree No. 485/2022 to dismiss Serhii Osachuk from the post of Chernivtsi regional governor.
