Kuleba: Russia remains focused on war, everything else is smokescreen

There is nothing more cynical than statements by Russian President Vladimir Putin's henchmen about Russia's readiness for peace talks.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"There is nothing more cynical than Putin's henchmen saying Russia is ready for peace talks. We hear and see this 'readiness' every day: artillery strikes, missile terror against civilians, mass atrocity crimes. Russia remains focused on war, everything else is just a smokescreen.," the minister said.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry earlier said it sees statements about Moscow's readiness for negotiations as a way to stop a Ukrainian counteroffensive.
