Ukrainian president meets with Danish foreign minister

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has met with Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod, who is currently visiting Kyiv.
Zelensky wrote on Telegram after the meeting that Denmark had expressed its readiness to participate in the reconstruction of infrastructure in the Mykolaiv region.
"We appreciate Denmark's political, financial and armed support for Ukraine at this difficult time, as well as help to our people who left their homes because of the war. It is very important for us that Denmark has agreed to participate in the restoration of infrastructure facilities in the Mykolaiv region. Thank you for everything you do for our country and for this visit," he said.
Kofod is on a visit to Ukraine on Thursday, September 1.
