US reacts to Russian missile strikes at Ukraine’s infrastructure

Russia hits civilian infrastructure in response to the liberation of territories captured in the east.
“Russia’s apparent response to Ukraine liberating cities and villages in the east: sending missiles to attempt to destroy critical civilian infrastructure,” U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink posted on Twitter.
As reported, on the evening of September 11, the enemy fired 11 cruise missiles at the regions of Ukraine, causing power outages in several regions.
