Zelensky, Draghi discuss developments at front, situation at ZNPP

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi have discussed developments at the front, the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and the importance of defense cooperation.
“Had a conversation with Italy’s PM Mario Draghi. Informed about the developments at the front. Noted the importance of defense cooperation with Italy. We should enhance it. Discussed the situation at the ZNPP. The guarantee of its security is demilitarization and return under Ukraine’s control,” Zelensky said in a tweet, Ukrinform reports.
As reported, Italy’s snap parliamentary elections are scheduled for September 25.
