Czech Republic to provide assistance to communities in Kyiv region

The Czech Republic is expanding cooperation with the Kyiv Regional Military Administration by providing assistance to communities of the region.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

“An official meeting was held between Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Vlasiuk and the delegation of the Czech Republic led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Marek Svoboda, as well as Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Radek Matula and representatives of Czech business," the report reads.

It is noted the Czech side is interested in the short term and long-term cooperation and ready to invest the region's economy.

According to the Kyiv regional administration, Czech partners said they would send generators for combined heat and power production, as well as the necessary medical equipment, for healthcare institutions and social infrastructure facilities.
