Ukraine Air Force commander thanks U.S. Air Force for assistance

According to Ukrinform, the press service of the Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram.

"Dear friends, partners! On behalf of the personnel of the Ukrainian Air Force, I sincerely congratulate you on the 75th anniversary of the United States Air Force!" Oleshchuk said.

He also thanked the U.S. Air Force "on behalf of the entire Ukrainian people for the help in this difficult time for Ukraine."

"With your support, we will definitely defeat the occupiers and drive them out of our land! Glory to the United States Air Force! Glory to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Partnership is for the sake of peace and victory," he said.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on September 8 that U.S. support for Ukraine and pressure on Russia would not stop as long as Russia continues its aggression against Ukraine.
