The Russian presidential administration said that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov visited the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk on November 8.
That's according to the Telegram channel TASS, Ukrinform reports.
"Peskov visited Luhansk, where he conducted training for press services and media outlets," said Sergei Kiriyenko, the first deputy head of the Russian presidential administration, who deals with issues related to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
On February 24, Russia began a new phase in its war against Ukraine - a full-scale invasion. On September 30, the Kremlin held a ceremony of the so-called "incorporation into Russia" of the puppet entities "DNR" and "LNR", as well as the territories of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine captured by the Russian army.
