Zelensky congratulates Tokayev on winning presidential election in Kazakhstan

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on winning a snap presidential election in Kazakhstan.
That's according to the Twitter account of the Ukrainian leader, Ukrinform reports.
"Congratulated President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on a convincing victory in snap election. Expressed willingness to further develop bilateral Ukrainian-Kazakh relations," Zelensky said.

He also thanked Tokayev for humanitarian assistance from Kazakhstan to Ukraine.
Tokayev, the incumbent Kazakh president, won Sunday's snap presidential election with 81.31% of the vote.
