Ukraine is on the way to victory, start preparing for Russia’s defeat, Kuleba tells foreign ‘peacemakers’

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba advises some foreign politicians, mass media and experts, who struggle to imagine a Ukrainian victory, to start preparing for Russia’s defeat.
“Dear policy-makers, experts, media, and academia abroad. I know that some of you struggle to imagine a Ukrainian victory, but we are on the way to it. It is better to prepare for a Russian defeat already now, instead of trying to explain why Ukraine can not or should not win,” Kuleba posted on Twitter.
As reported, U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, speaking to journalists in Kyiv on December 3, said that Ukraine is winning the barbaric war unleashed by Russia and Putin is losing it.
On December 3, French President Emmanuel Macron said that in order to end Russia's war against Ukraine, it is allegedly necessary to give Russia some "security guarantees".
