French Armed Forces Minister Lecornu arrives in Kyiv

On December 28, 2022, French Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu is paying a visit to Kyiv.
The relevant statement was made by TF1, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Lecornu immediately went to the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine to lay a wreath on behalf of France and pay tribute to the fallen Ukrainian warriors.

As part of the visit, Lecornu will hold a working meeting with the representatives of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry and Armed Forces regarding France’s military assistance to Ukraine, both provided and upcoming.
Lecornu will also meet Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, and they will hold a joint briefing afterwards.
