Frontline developments, energy: Zelensky, Norway’s PM speak over phone

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine had a phone call on Tuesday with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, discussing the risks of escalation at the front lines, as well as conveying Ukraine’s current needs.

That’s according to the president’s tweet, seen by Ukrinform.

“Told Prime Minister of Norway Jonas Gahr Store about the risks of escalation at the front. Outlined the current defense needs of Ukraine. Thanked for the support provided to our energy infrastructure and financing gas volumes necessary for the winter period,” Zelensky tweeted.

As reported earlier, Norway’s State Roads Agency sent Ukraine a batch of humanitarian aid, which included 10 bridges. Temporary river crossings are expected to be delivered before month-end.
