U.S. ambassador, USAID representative visit Irpin

U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine Bridget Brink and USAID Deputy Administrator Isobel Coleman visited Irpin in Kyiv region.

Andriy Kravchuk, first deputy mayor of Irpin, wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine Bridget Brink visited our city. The ambassador invited USAID Deputy Administrator Isobel Coleman to see the aftermath of the Russian aggression and to visit people who lost their homes. She told about the terrible consequences of the war for our hero city," the official wrote.

According to him, they saw with their own eyes that people who lost their homes live in decent conditions and are provided with things they need.

The first deputy mayor expressed gratitude for the assistance provided, noting he hopes for further cooperation on the reconstruction of Irpin.
