Kuleba, Borrell discuss extension of security support for Ukraine

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba met in Brussels with the Head of the European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, to discuss expanding security support for Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Minister wrote this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

“We focused on steps to speed up the EU initiative to procure ammunition for Ukraine, as well as ways to expand support within the European Peace Facility. Additionally, we discussed the forthcoming EU-China contacts,” the chief of Ukrainian diplomacy said.

The EU High Representative from his side assured that the European Union will continue to support Ukraine and increase the cost of aggression for Russia.

Borrell noted that with Kuleba they discussed the state of affairs in the areas of the EU's work to support Ukraine.

“We will continue supporting Ukraine for as long as it takes and we will continue to impose a heavy price on Russia until it ceases its aggression,” the EU top diplomat emphasized.

As reported, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Kuleba is on a working visit to Brussels to participate in an official meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission.
