The section on "dates and status of passage" indicates that the draft law has been received by the Verkhovna Rada and submitted to the leadership for consideration.

Ukraine and Belarus signed the agreement on mutual protection of state secrets on February 19, 2004, and the Verkhovna Rada ratified it on October 19, 2005.

As previously reported, Belarus has passively supported Russia in the full-scale war against Ukraine, providing the Russian army with its territory, infrastructure, and military equipment. In contrast, the Belarusian army is not directly involved in the war, although Vladimir Putin is actively encouraging Alexander Lukashenko to do so.
