Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki of Poland believes Russia's war against Ukraine could last several years.
Morawiecki said this in an interview with NBC News, Ukrinform reports.
"We are not calculating any precise date. We're simply observing what is happening at the front, on the battlefield. And. accordingly, we are trying to adapt to the situation and to work through our diplomacy with our partners in Western Europe to support Ukraine," Morawiecki said.
Answering the question of whether this war could last for several years, the Polish prime minister said that it was possible.
As Ukrinform reported, on April 13, the German government approved Poland's application to export MiG-29 fighter jets from the former GDR stocks to Ukraine.
Earlier, Poland has already handed over to Ukraine eight MiG-29s.
