Costa Rica joins coalition for special tribunal to prosecute Russia
“During our call today, FM Arnoldo Tinoco informed me that Costa Rica has decided to join the Core Group on the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, bringing the total number of states to 34. We also discussed ways to further boost bilateral cooperation,” Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba posted on Twitter.

As reported, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine continues working towards expanding the international coalition to create a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine and hold the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation to account.
