France's special envoy for Ukraine's relief and reconstruction arrives in Kyiv

Pierre Heilbronn, France's special envoy for Ukraine's relief and reconstruction, has arrived in Kyiv to discuss the international strategy to rebuild Ukraine.
He announced this on Twitter, according to Ukrinform.
"Back in Kyiv as France's Special Envoy for Ukraine's Relief and Reconstruction, I will meet all relevant Ukrainian colleagues in the next few days to discuss the international strategy to rebuild Ukraine," Heilbronn said.
In March 2023, French President Emmanuel Macron appointed former EBRD Vice President for Policy and Partnerships Pierre Heilbronn as his special envoy for Ukraine's relief and reconstruction.
