Zelensky congratulates Santiago Pena on winning Paraguay’s presidential election

President Volodymyr Zelensky has congratulated Santiago Pena on his victory in Paraguay’s presidential elections.
The Head of State wrote this on his Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.
“Congratulations to Santiago Pena on his convincing victory in the elections. I wish success in implementing plans for the benefit of Paraguay. I look forward to fruitful Ukraine-Paraguay cooperation and interaction on restoring the world order based on international law, justice and universal values,” Zelensky wrote.
As reported, Santiago Pena, the ruling party candidate who advocates maintaining diplomatic ties with Taiwan, won the presidential elections in Paraguay.
