The declaration of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly on recognizing the crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine as genocide, and the terrorist regime in the Russian Federation – as ruscism, is a correct basis for other international organizations to act as well.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in a video address on Monday, Ukrinform reports.
“Today there is an important declaration from the NATO Parliamentary Assembly,” the head of state noted.
Zelensky noted that “things are called what they are: a clear recognition of Russia's crimes against our country as genocide, a clear condemnation of ruscist ideology.”
"This is the right basis for other international organizations as well," added President Zelensky.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly recognized the crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine as genocide, and the terrorist regime in the Russian Federation - as ruscism.
