Lithuanian Foreign Ministry sees Putin “feels emboldened to escalate" after Vilnius NATO summit

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis believes that NATO should be more active in helping Ukraine amid intensified Russian shelling of Ukrainian ports.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
According to the official, after the Vilnius NATO summit, Russian President Vladimir Putin felt "emboldened to escalate": he left the Black Sea grain deal, attacked Odesa, and now he is attacking the Danube port near the Ukrainian border.
"We must make sure our determination to help Ukraine to victory, and NATO membership, is better understood. Time to double-down on our efforts," Landsbergis wrote.
As Ukrinform reported, last night Russia launched a drone attack on the Danube port infrastructure in Odesa region. As a result of the hits, a hangar with grain was destroyed, and tanks for storing other types of cargo were damaged.
