French Ambassador about strike on Kryvyi Rih: Remember that this is war crime

French Ambassador to Ukraine Etienne de Poncins reminded that the Russian strike on a residential building and an educational institution in Kryvyi Rih is a war crime.
The relevant statement was made by the diplomat on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"New Russian strikes on civilian buildings. Never get tired of remembering that an attack on civilians is a war crime," de Poncins said.
As Ukrinform reported, on the morning of July 31, Russian troops struck Kryvyi Rih with two missiles, hitting a residential high-rise building and an educational institution.
